So, I finally get my New Ali book from CK yesterday and this is the condition that it's in! It looks like it's been run over or something. Completely thrashed! I am so disappointed. I waited forever for it and now this. I will never order from CK again!

Geez! I keep hearing bad things about CK customer service. I guess I won't be ordering books directly from them.
:( oh no!! you should defnitely contact CK and tell them about the condition it came in..although I have heard terrible things about their customer service.
Actually you can blame UPs...but they really shouldn't have mailed it in a paper envelope.
